1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation with Around in Morocco, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Morocco, either in cash (Euros, Dollars, or Dirhams) or by credit card (subject to a surcharge).
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are calculated based on the date we receive your written notification:
- More than 30 days before departure: Free cancellation (Deposit refunded minus bank fees).
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost (Deposit is retained).
- Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- No Show: 100% of total tour cost.
3. Changes by Client
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. Any extra costs incurred by third-party providers (hotels, transport) will be passed on to the client.
1. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of luggage. Around in Morocco does not provide travel insurance.
2. Our Responsibility
Around in Morocco acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We accept liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence. However, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or disruptions caused by Force Majeure (weather, war, strikes, etc.) or actions of third parties not directly under our control.
3. Special Requests
Any special requirements (dietary, medical, room type) must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make every effort to meet these requests but cannot guarantee them unless confirmed in writing.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
1. Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary to plan your trip, including names, passport details, and contact information. This data is collected solely for the purpose of booking hotels, transport, and activities.
2. Use of Information
Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with our service partners (guides, drivers, accommodations) strictly for operational purposes related to your tour.
3. Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or disclosure. Payment details processed online are handled via secure, encrypted gateways.
4. Media
During our tours, photos or videos may be taken by our guides for promotional use on our website or social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
